“Busted!” Sets New Guinness World Record with Smallest Print Ad in a Magazine

The popular Netflix reality show, “Busted!”, sets new Guinness World Record for the smallest printed advertisement in a magazine, beating out the previous record by 0.3 square centimeters.

The advertisement was featured on page 64 in the January 14, 2021 issue of America’s Variety with a 1.712 centimeter by 2.529 centimeter size.

In order to be registered, the ad had to be perfectly recognizable with a magnifying glass and without any other hints regarding the content of the ad provided in the rest of the magazine.

Netflix’s “Busted!”

“Busted!” is a series that includes elements of both a reality show and a variety showcase that features seven Korean celebrities playing a murder mystery game. The competition includes obstacle courses and mental challenges.

The first season was released on May 4, 2018, followed by the second season last November 8, 2019, and the latest season premiered this January 22, 2021.

Making it a double celebration for the show because of the newest record and successful season premiere.

In addition to Yoo Jae Suk, the cast for Season 3 also includes Lee Kwang Soo, Lee Seung Gi, EXO’s Sehun, Park Min Young, Kim Sejeong, and Kim Jong Min.
